অর্থ:তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন ছয়দিনে, অতঃপর আরশের উপর সমাসীন হয়েছেন। তিনি জানেন যা ভূমিতে প্রবেশ করে ও যা ভূমি থেকে নির্গত হয় এবং যা আকাশ থেকে বর্ষিত হয় ও যা আকাশে উত্থিত হয়। তিনি তোমাদের সাথে আছেন তোমরা যেখানেই থাক। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
अर्थ:उसीने उत्पन्न किया है आकाशों तथा धरती को छः दिनों में, फिर स्थित हो गया अर्श (सिंहासन) पर। वह जानता है उसे, जो प्रवेश करता है धरती में, जो निकलता है उससे, जो उतरता है आकाश से तथा चढ़ता है उसमें और वह तुम्हारे साथ[1] है जहाँ भी तुम रहो और अल्लाह जो कुछ तुम कर रहे हो, उसे देख रहा है।
Meaning:He is the One who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He positioned Himself on the Throne. He knows whatever goes into the earth and whatever comes out from it, and whatever descends from the sky, and whatever ascends thereto. He is with you wherever you are, and Allah is watchful of whatever you do
অর্থ:তোমরা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে যার উত্তরাধিকারী করেছেন, তা থেকে ব্যয় কর। অতএব, তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও ব্যয় করে, তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে মহাপুরস্কার।
अर्थ:तुम सभी ईमान लाओ अल्लाह तथा उसके रसूल पर और व्यय करो उसमें से जिसमें उसने अधिकार दिया है तुम्हें। तो जो लोग ईमान लायेंगे तुममें से तथा दान करेंगे, तो उन्हीं के लिए बड़ा प्रतिफल है।
Meaning:Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and spend out of that (wealth) in which He has appointed you as deputies. So, for those of you who have believed and spent (in Allah’s way), there is a big reward
অর্থ:তোমাদের কি হল যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করছ না, অথচ রসূল তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করার দাওয়াত দিচ্ছেন? আল্লাহ তো পূর্বেই তোমাদের অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছেন-যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও।
अर्थ:और तुम्हें क्या हो गया है कि ईमान नहीं लाते अल्लाह पर, जबकि रसूल[1] तुम्हें पुकार रहा है, ताकि तुम ईमान लाओ अपने पालनहार पर, जबकि अल्लाह ले चुका है तुमसे वचन,[2] यदि तुम ईमान वाले हो।
Meaning:What is wrong with you that you do not believe in Allah, while the Messenger invites you to believe in your Lord, and He has taken your covenant, if you are to believe
অর্থ:তিনিই তাঁর দাসের প্রতি প্রকাশ্য আয়াত অবতীর্ণ করেন, যাতে তোমাদেরকে অন্ধকার থেকে আলোকে আনয়ন করেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদের প্রতি করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু।
अर्थ:वही है, जो उतार रहा है अपने भक्त पर खुली आयतें, ताकि वह तुम्हें निकाले अंधेरों से प्रकाश की ओर तथा वास्तव में, अल्लाह तुम्हारे लिए अवश्य करुणामय, दयावान् है।
Meaning:He is the One who reveals clear verses to His servant, so that He brings you out from layers of darkness into the light. And to you, Allah is Very-Kind indeed, Very-Merciful
অর্থ:তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর পথে ব্যয় করতে কিসে বাধা দেয়, যখন আল্লাহই নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের উত্তরাধিকারী? তোমাদের মধ্যে যে মক্কা বিজয়ের পূর্বে ব্যয় করেছে ও জেহাদ করেছে, সে সমান নয়। এরূপ লোকদের মর্যদা বড় তাদের অপেক্ষা, যার পরে ব্যয় করেছে ও জেহাদ করেছে। তবে আল্লাহ উভয়কে কল্যাণের ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে সম্পর্কে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
अर्थ:और क्या कारण है कि तुम व्यय नहीं करते अल्लाह की राह में, जबकि अल्लाह ही के लिए है आकाशों और धरती का उत्तराधिकार। नहीं बराबर हो सकते तुममें से वे जिन्होंने दान किया (मक्का) की विजय से पहले तथा धर्मयुध्द किया। वही लोग पद में अधिक ऊँचे हैं उनसे, जिन्होंने दान किया उसके पश्चात्[1] तथा धर्मयुध्द किया तथा प्रत्येक को अल्लाह ने वचन दिया है भलाई का तथा अल्लाह जो कुछ तुम करते हो, उससे पूर्णतः सूचित है।
Meaning:And what is wrong with you that you should not spend in the way of Allah, while to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth? Those who spent before the Conquest (of Makkah) and fought are not at par (with others). Those are much greater in rank than those who spent later and fought, though Allah has promised the good (reward) for each. Allah is well aware of what you do
অর্থ:যেদিন আপনি দেখবেন ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারীদেরকে, তাদের সম্মুখ ভাগে ও ডানপার্শ্বে তাদের জ্যোতি ছুটোছুটি করবে বলা হবেঃ আজ তোমাদের জন্যে সুসংবাদ জান্নাতের, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত, তাতে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে। এটাই মহাসাফল্য।
अर्थ:जिस दिन तुम देखोगे ईमान वालों तथा ईमान वालियों को कि दौड़ रहा[1] होगा उनका प्रकाश उनके आगे तथा उनके दायें। तुम्हें शुभ सूचना है ऐसे स्वर्गों की, बहती हैं जिनमें नहरें, जिनमें तुम सदावासी होगे, वही बड़ी सफलता है।
Meaning:On the Day when you will see the believing men and the believing women, their light proceeding in front of them and to their right hands, (it will be said to them,) “Good news for you today! Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to live therein forever! That is the great achievement
অর্থ:যেদিন কপট বিশ্বাসী পুরুষ ও কপট বিশ্বাসিনী নারীরা মুমিনদেরকে বলবেঃ তোমরা আমাদের জন্যে অপেক্ষা কর, আমরাও কিছু আলো নিব তোমাদের জ্যোতি থেকে। বলা হবেঃ তোমরা পিছনে ফিরে যাও ও আলোর খোঁজ কর। অতঃপর উভয় দলের মাঝখানে খাড়া করা হবে একটি প্রাচীর, যার একটি দরজা হবে। তার অভ্যন্তরে থাকবে রহমত এবং বাইরে থাকবে আযাব।
अर्थ:जिस दिन कहेंगे मुनाफ़िक़ पुरुष तथा मुनाफ़िक़ स्त्रियाँ उनसे, जो ईमान लाये कि हमारी प्रतीक्षा करो, हम प्राप्त कर लें तुम्हारे प्रकाश में से कुछ। उनसे कहा जायेगाः तुम पीछे वापस जाओ और प्रकाश की खोज करो।[1] फिर बना दी जायेगी उनके बीच एक दीवार, जिसमें एक द्वार होगा। उसके भीतर दया होगी तथा उसके बाहर यातना होगी।
Meaning:the Day when the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believe, “Wait for us, so that we may have a share from your light.”It will be said (to them), “Go back to your rear, and search for light.” Then a wall will be placed between them, which will have a gate. In its inner side, there will be the divine mercy, while towards its outer side, there will be the divine punishment
অর্থ:তারা মুমিনদেরকে ডেকে বলবেঃ আমরা কি তোমাদের সাথে ছিলাম না? তারা বলবেঃ হঁ্যা কিন্তু তোমরা নিজেরাই নিজেদেরকে বিপদগ্রস্ত করেছ। প্রতীক্ষা করেছ, সন্দেহ পোষণ করেছ এবং অলীক আশার পেছনে বিভ্রান্ত হয়েছ, অবশেষে আল্লাহর আদেশ পৌঁছেছে। এই সবই তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে প্রতারিত করেছে।
अर्थ:वे उन्हें पुकारेंगेः क्या हम (संसार में) तुम्हारे साथ नहीं थे? (वे कहेंगेः) परन्तु तुमने उपद्रव में डाल दिया अपने आपको और प्रतीक्षा[1] में रहे तथा संदेह किया और धोखे में रखा तुम्हें तुम्हारी कामनाओं ने। यहाँ तक कि आ पहुँचा अल्लाह का आदेश और धोखे ही में रखा तुम्हें बड़े वंचक (शैतान) ने।
Meaning:They (the hypocrites) will call out to them (the believers), “Were we not with you?” They will say, “Yes, (you were,) but you led your souls to a wrong way, and kept waiting (for an evil end to the Muslims), and remained in doubt, and were deluded by fancies, until Allah’s command came to pass, and you were deceived about Allah by the Big Deceiver (Iblīs)
অর্থ:অতএব, আজ তোমাদের কাছ থেকে কোন মুক্তিপন গ্রহণ করা হবে না। এবং কাফেরদের কাছ থেকেও নয়। তোমাদের সবার আবাস্থল জাহান্নাম। সেটাই তোমাদের সঙ্গী। কতই না নিকৃষ্ট এই প্রত্যাবর্তন স্থল।
अर्थ:तो आज तुमसे कोई अर्थदण्ड नहीं लिया जायेगा और न काफ़िरों से। तुम्हारा आवास नरक है, वही तुम्हारे योग्य है और वह बुरा निवास है।
Meaning:So, no ransom will be accepted from you today, nor from those who disbelieved (openly). Your abode is the Fire, and it is an evil end.”
অর্থ:যারা মুমিন, তাদের জন্যে কি আল্লাহর স্মরণে এবং যে সত্য অবর্তীর্ণ হয়েছে, তার কারণে হৃদয় বিগলিত হওয়ার সময় আসেনি? তারা তাদের মত যেন না হয়, যাদেরকে পূর্বে কিতাব দেয়া হয়েছিল। তাদের উপর সুদীর্ঘকাল অতিক্রান্ত হয়েছে, অতঃপর তাদের অন্তঃকরণ কঠিন হয়ে গেছে। তাদের অধিকাংশই পাপাচারী।
अर्थ:क्या समय नहीं आया ईमान वालों के लिए कि झुक जायें उनके दिल अल्लाह के स्मरण (याद) के लिए तथा जो उतरा है सत्य और न हो जायें उनके समान, जिन्हें प्रदान की गयीं पुस्तकें इससे पूर्व, फिर लम्बी अवधि व्यतीत हो गयी उनपर, तो कठोर हो गये उनके दिल[1] तथा उनमें अधिक्तर अवज्ञाकारी हैं।
Meaning:Has the time not yet come for those who believe that their hearts should be humble for the remembrance of Allah and for the truth that has descended (through revelation)? They must not be like those to whom the Book was given before, but a long period passed on them (in which they did not repent), therefore their hearts became hard, and (thus) many of them are sinners
অর্থ:নিশ্চয় দানশীল ব্যক্তি ও দানশীলা নারী, যারা আল্লাহকে উত্তমরূপে ধার দেয়, তাদেরকে দেয়া হবে বহুগুণ এবং তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে সম্মানজনক পুরস্কার।
अर्थ:वस्तुतः, दान करने वाले पुरुष तथा दान करने वाली स्त्रियाँ तथा जिन्होंने ऋण दिया है अल्लाह को अच्छा ऋण,[1] उसे बढ़ाया जायेगा उनके लिए और उन्हीं के लिए अच्छा प्रतिदान है।
Meaning:Surely those men who give Sadaqah (alms) and those women who give Sadaqah and have advanced a good loan to Allah, for them it will be multiplied, and for them there is a noble reward
অর্থ:আর যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে তারাই তাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে সিদ্দীক ও শহীদ বলে বিবেচিত। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে পুরস্কার ও জ্যোতি এবং যারা কাফের ও আমার নিদর্শন অস্বীকারকারী তারাই জাহান্নামের অধিবাসী হবে।
अर्थ:तथा जो ईमान लाये अल्लाह और उसके रसूलों[1] पर, वही सिद्दीक़ तथा शहीद[2] हैं अपने पालनहार के समीप। उन्हीं के लिए उनका प्रतिफल तथा उनकी दिव्या ज्योति है और जो काफ़िर हो गये और झ़ठलाया हमारी आयतों को, तो वही नारकीय हैं।
Meaning:And those who believed in Allah and His messengers, - those are the Siddīqs (the most righteous after prophets) and the Shuhadā’ (martyrs) in the sight of your Lord. For them shall be their reward and their light. As for those who disbelieved and rejected Our verses, they are the inmates of Hell
অর্থ:তোমরা জেনে রাখ, পার্থিব জীবন ক্রীড়া-কৌতুক, সাজ-সজ্জা, পারস্পরিক অহমিকা এবং ধন ও জনের প্রাচুর্য ব্যতীত আর কিছু নয়, যেমন এক বৃষ্টির অবস্থা, যার সবুজ ফসল কৃষকদেরকে চমৎকৃত করে, এরপর তা শুকিয়ে যায়, ফলে তুমি তাকে পীতবর্ণ দেখতে পাও, এরপর তা খড়কুটা হয়ে যায়। আর পরকালে আছে কঠিন শাস্তি এবং আল্লাহর ক্ষমা ও সন্তুষ্টি। পার্থিব জীবন প্রতারণার উপকরণ বৈ কিছু নয়।
अर्थ:जान लो कि सांसारिक जीवन एक खेल, मनोरंजन, शोभा,[1] आपस में गर्व तथा एक-दूसरे से बढ़ जाने का प्रयास है, धनों तथा संतान में। उस वर्षा के समान भा गयी किसानों को जिसकी उपज, फिर वह पक गयी, तो तुम उसे देखने लगे पीली, फिर वह हो जाती है चूर-चूर और परलोक में कड़ी यातना है तथा अल्लाह की क्षमा और प्रसन्नता है और सांसारिक जीवन तो बस धोखे का संसाधन है।
Meaning:Know well that the worldly life is but a play and an amusement, and a show of beauty, and exchange of boastful claims between you, and a competition of increase in riches and children. (All this is) like a rain, the growth of which attracts the farmers, then it withers, and you see it turning yellow, then it becomes straw. And in the Hereafter there is a severe punishment (for the disbelievers), and forgiveness from Allah and (Allah’s) pleasure (for the believers and the righteous). The worldly life is nothing but a material of delusion
